Who knows what's going on behind the mirror, but on this side it's a tough crowd. Appreciative as she was at the attempt at levity, Mikasa's face still carried the expression of someone who was a little too serious for too much of the time.

She clears her throat, "At least you won't have to worry about yellow drivesuits." Her face doesn't give much of an indication that she's joking, but it's a lame attempt nonetheless.
