It might make sense to roll both into one that gets posted at the start of the month each month. Or have the CR meme itself be about building in game CR and related to current and upcoming plots, with the Worldbuilding post being for folks to work out "did my character know you before/knows this event/filling in world detail" sorts of pre-game establishing CR.
